I hate Sally Donovan SO much. In the first episode, when Sherlock introduces her to Watson, he calls her his ‘Old Friend’, even though he makes it clear that he doesn’t have any. Knowing that, it hurts even more that SHE’S the one that starts the string of doubt about Sherlock in the last episode.
